It's been over two months and my tennis elbow hasn't eased off. In fact, it seems to have gotten worse - my grip is weak and if I try to lift something heavy, my elbow and forearm really hurts.
The tendonitis in my upper arm feels better but is still not 100%, ie I'm still unable to do press-ups comfortably.
Have booked in to see the doc next week and maybe from there, I may have to go see a physio.
What a bummer.
Ouch I am sorry your elbow isn't getting better! I was told by my great Grandmother in-law that everything can be cured with the right amount of alcohol.
ReplyDeletePhysical therapy may help as long as you keep at it. I have been bad and not been doing mine.
ReplyDeleteFunnily enough Nan, I've found that recently, alcohol does make me forget about pain!
ReplyDeleteAnd Bad Sheep, the doc's recommended that I see a physio.
But the strange thing is I not only have tennis elbow but also some golf elbow.
I don't play golf....
