Anyway, all I'll say is that I did cheer loudly when those goals went in last night - Barca were awesome, United surprisingly poor.
The commentators were spouting about everyone back in England rooting for United - they do talk a load of tosh! As if any Man U fans wanted Liverpool to win in Istanbul in 2005??! Nearly all the non-United fans I know were supporting the Spanish side last night, it's nothing to do with patriotism (tribalism though?) and no, I don't deny being bitter at all!
