So the Premier League kicked off today, although the reigning champions Chelsea don't begin the defence of the title until tomorrow, against newly-promoted "minnows" Wigan Athletic.Liverpool, despite their bright start to their Champions League campaign, again have stalled at the start, managing only a point against Middlesborough.
Some surprising wins, notably West Ham coming from behind to beat Blackburn Rovers 3-1. Man U also opened their season with a win, with goals from the foul-mouthed kid and some dutch geezer.
And to top it off, I'm propping up the bottom of the fantasy football league... *Sigh*
Well I logged in last night, obviously the Sunday games gave your team a boost. I'm on the bottom now :(

ReplyDeleteI'm bottom of our league with 31 points, made a few big changes this week now I've figured out how it works though, cost me 8 points but I should be on my way up now !
