My waist has considerably thickened and gone a bit flabby, I think due to lack of exercise and too much rich food during my business trips away. At home, I don't eat a lot, I don't really snack and my diet doesn't include a lot of meat. My work skirts and recently my jeans are getting rather too snug for my liking.
I weighed myself today for the first time in two months.
I've lost 2 pounds - HOW CAN THAT BE???
Perhaps it's true that muscle weighs more than fat?
I think the most desirable solution to the clothes fitting too tightly is to just leave them off.
ReplyDeleteLOL - good answer, but perhaps not the right one... :)
ReplyDeleteOh no, it's the right one, you want me,,, admit it and we'll both be better off.
ReplyDeleteI'm over 24 so you're not really interested... ;)
ReplyDeleteMuscle really does weigh more than fat.
ReplyDeleteSadly.
The whole clothes off thing may not work so well in the business world. Unless it's THAT kind of business. I know what you mean, I have recently exceeded my fat clothes, that's when I know I have to get back on the excercise and eating right kick. Sigh...
