What on earth possessed 'Golden Balls' to admit to deliberately getting booked in the game v Wales, with a crappy tackle against Ben Thatcher??

Well, in opening his mouth, he's just proved he's not actually quite as clever as he thinks.

Apparently, it took six x-rays to detect his injured ribs - ribs that Beckham KNEW instantly were broken, hence the brilliant idea to get himself yellow-carded.

More likely it took six x-rays to find his brain (and even then, they probably weren't too sure).

A shame about this - the goal he scored was sublime - if only he just left all the talking to his feet.
