My last evening in Stockholm and I dine appropriately on reindeer casserole (Sorry Rudolph!). Chatted to my favourite Belgian colleague - I'm going to miss him!
Best get packing as I want to get into the office early.
* Sigh * - don't want to get emotional, hope I leave with a smile on my face tomorrow in the office and not tears!
Never knew reindeer was made into casseroles. Was it tasty?

Reindeer looks like and has similar texture to beef but has a strong flavour, which is a bit "gamey".
