Well, I've submitted my application for World Cup tickets. I've been lucky with the Wimbledon ballot in the past, so I'm hoping FIFA will look upon me as kindly as the AELTC have done.
I've gone for the following games:
England v Paraguay ***
Brazil v Croatia
Germany v Poland
Argentina v Serbia & Montenegro
Italy v USA
Brazil v Australia
Sweden v England ***
*** means there are only limited tickets available, so less of a chance that I will get allocation. But I'm not bothered, if I get to see any one of the above matches, I'll be happy.
With my current job situation (which I don't want to talk about just yet cos it's too scary...), perhaps I should turn my hand to ticket-touting....
Sadly I don't share your love of football.. but I do share your interest in Berlin ;)
