Bloomin' Elves

I haven't posted any PBEM gaming stuff before so here's a battle from my latest turn:

As we moved along, we came upon three Elves.

As we approached them, we gave them the once over. There were three Elves. (1 Elven Master, 1 Elven Priest and 1 Elven Enchanter). They did not appear to be injured.
Inamoto the fighter espied Ailen, the Elven Priest. He resolutely set off towards the foe in pursuit. Otomo fired the black feathered arrow, it hurtled through the air striking the blue cloaked Elven Enchanter. He reeled backwards as the arrow tore through flesh.

Okinawa fired, hitting Ailen, the Elven Priest.He bled from the small arrow wound. Takeshi released the arrow, hitting the blue cloaked Elven Enchanter, forcing a scream of agony. Aiming his long bow, Okinawa fired, striking Ailen, the Elven Priest. He was struck in the face. Takeshi killed the blue cloaked Elven Enchanter. He lay on the ground trying in vain to remove the arrow. Slowly his life trickled away. The chanting of battle songs crescendoed as the first enemy was slain.

Okada's long bow twanged, the arrow finding the nimble Elven Master in the stomach. Matsuda dispatched Ailen, the Elven Priest with a savage blow. The spikes embedded themselves in his face. Tearing them out took with them an eye that had been pierced by the blow. There was no thoughts of retreat now. 'You'll have to do better than that,' remarked one of the heroes at the death of the second enemy.

The nimble Elven Master first struck high then swung upwards, cutting Hidetoshi. He sought to stem the flow of bright blood. Tamagotchi's great sword hit the nimble Elven Master. He reeled backwards. Matsuda advanced towards the enemy intent on battle. Holding his composite long bow, Okada fired the black feathered arrow, winging the nimble Elven Master, in a spray of blood.

Raising his long sword, the nimble Elven Master feinted a few times then struck Okada in the face. Hattori slaughtered the nimble Elven Master by chopping his head off with a savage blow. It fell to the ground and bounced twice before being kicked another twenty feet.
The enemy was dead. We got 584 gold from the lair of the dead Elves. We acquired items that the Elves left behind. [legendary battle axe+3, master crafted war flail+4 and demon bound light crossbow+7]. We earned 180 experience points.
